Fast Track Projects

The Fast Track System is the fastest way to develop a project, from first decisions to start-up. This system develops engineering, construction and mounting simultaneously. Thorough knowledge and experience in the specialty is therefore essential to coordinate and match different areas and disciplines.

First, the main concepts and parameters of the project must be precisely defined and an overall layout prepared. Second, a strict program to cover engineering and construction of different areas must be set out. Then, whenever the engineering for an area is ready, it can be contracted out separately, thus gaining time at the beginning of a project.
